If you are a practicing, newly licensed  or newly practicing neurologist in our great state of California, WELCOME!

We , at the California Neurology Society (CNS) consider it a privilege to practice neurology in the great state of California.

The CNS prioritizes continuing education to foster updates and advancements in neurological care. 

We enjoy state representation in neurological health care policy. Of all the neurology societies in our state, the CNS is the only one that aims to have consistent representation at the policy level in Sacramento with your input and support

The California Neurology Society serves all neurologists in California. Therefore, you are automatically a member of our society. You do not need to go through any process of sponsorship to become a member. While there is no fee to be a  member, paying membership dues provides voting privileges. Our LOW membership fee means you can vote on position statements we take when it comes to legislative matters. It allows you to participate on committees and have a say in how the  organization is managed and allows your voice to be heard. 

The membership fee that we collect allows us to continue organizing AFFORDABLE, twice yearly CME programs. The CME credits that you can earn from two of our conferences fulfill most, if not all of your CME requirements for maintenance of certification to practice in the state. Each conference on average provides approximately 14 CMEs over 2.5 days.

We have various committees and an active board and welcome your active involvement.
